Welcome to our new Nursery website.

The Learning Tree Nursery and Kids Club was established nearl 30 years ago by volunteers in the Carlton Miniott community, with the aim of providing low cost quality day care for nursery age children in the Thirsk area.  Since then, it has developed into a fully-fledged and independent wrap-around child day care centre, providing excellent Ofsted inspected and approved nursery facilities for 2-4 year olds, and out of school hours for 5-11 year olds.

The Learning Tree is a not-for-profit charity, run by a volunteer committee made up of parents and carers who use the facilities, and operated on a day-to-day basis by highly qualified and experienced staff.
